I first listened to your meditation music I was a bit sceptical as I do
not usually mediate to music. In fact I thought I had to be in a quiet
or even silent place to fully concentrate on my meditation. However, I
now realize that an uninterrupted silent environment is hard to come
by, especially with 3 young children. Now that I have downloaded the
meditating-music tracks I feel I can get lost into the moment and fully
utilize my meditation time to de-stress and relax, and mostly escape
those every day pressures.

have a very demanding job with big targets and a large team of people
to manage. I take 30 minutes out of my day (every day) to meditate and
channel my energy. These tracks give me an instant escape from the
office environment and allow me to complete my meditation routine in an
